• Fully prepared engine block supplied, which is re-bored, chemically cleaned and fitted with new camshaft bearings. All bolt threads are cleaned and re-tapped. The crank shaft is re-ground with chamfered oil outlets.
  
• New Eagle I Beam Rods with APP Chro-Moly rod bolts fitted. Big End, Mains Bearings, Pistons, Rings, Oil pump, Timing Chain, Sump, Timing Chain Cover, Camshaft and Lifters are all supplied NEW!!
  
• The Heads are stripped and chemically cleaned. New bronze guides are fitted, exhaust seats are changed for compatibility with unleaded fuel, valve seats are cut with a three angle face for better fuel flow.
  
• Hardened exhaust valves are fitted and the inlet valves are re-faced or replaced.
  
• New valve springs are fitted according to Camshaft Spec.
  
• Engine is assembled with new Gaskets throughout and all clearances are checked.

All Auxiliarys are supplied new and include Aluminium Inlet Manifold for Four Barrel Holley Carburettor, Twin Point Mallory Distributor 63 Amp Alternator, Starter Motor, 8mm Mallory HT Leads, NGK Plugs, 14"x3" Air Filter and Chrome Rocker Covers. GEAR BOX: Fully rebuilt 3 speed Automatic Box with New Steels and Frictions, Seals, Oil Pump Gears, White Metal / Torrington Bearings and Gaskets. Fitted with a reprogrammed Valve Body which transforms the box to a semi- sequential operation. A fully rebuilt Torque Converter is also included. REAR AXLE: A Ford 8" Disc brake axle, built to any width, using new Strange / Moser HD half-shafts and wheel bearings, (much stronger than standard shafts). New Crown wheel and pinion set with bearings and gaskets. (several ratios available ) All 8" Axles come with Disc Brake set up including New Discs, Callipers, Pads, Flexible Brake Lines Handbrake Cable with mounting Brackets and modified Steel Brake Lines. An option of LSD is available (all LSD units are new).

What the "SUPERSTREET CONVERSION" Consists Of :

Remove old engine Gearbox and Rear Axle from vehicle. Modify Front Radiator Panel for new Custom Radiator and Twin Fans. Repaint radiator panel after modification. Fit engine and Box on new V8 mounts (including HD rubber / poly mounts). Install new Ford 8" disc brake rear axle, fitting new handbrake cable, brake flexible hoses and steel brake lines. Replace rear shocks with 14 way adjustable units.Install one piece prop-shaft with HD universal joints. Fabricate and install tubular headers (performance exhaust manifolds) and connect to new 2" competition twin exhaust system with 3" stainless steel tail pipes. Relocate battery to boot of vehicle and run new electrics.
Plumb in new engine / radiator. Install transmission cooling line from box to radiator.
Install Hurst Pro Matic II shifter for reprogrammed gearbox.
